Judge Jennifer Ryan-Touhill of Phoenix, AZ; ethical elf

The state of Arizona provided Jennifer Ryan-Touhill with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from Arizona State University School of Law.

The Commission on Judicial Conduct found Jenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Jenney’s actions created an appearance of bias when she stepped off the bench and embraced a witness after the witness’s testimony concluded
• Failed to act at all times in promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Via her words and/or conduct manifested bias or prejudice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2023), Jenny continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge in Phoenix, Arizona.
