Judge Raymond Carroll of Tucson, AZ; potty mouth bully

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found ray guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Involved in multiple instances in which Ray yelled at and was openly hostile to court and security staff
• Due to Ray’s bullying conduct, some members of his staff were visibly upset and crying
• Several court employees confirmed a pattern of Ray yelling at court staff and using profanities.
• Failed to be patient, dignified, and courteous to litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers, court staff, court officials, and others with whom the judge deals in an official capacity

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Ray by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
