Supreme Court Justice Lindsey Lerman of Nebraska; apologist for Judicial Misfits
Lindsey Miller-Lerman was presented with a law license by the Nebraska Supreme Court in 1973 after graduating from Columbia University School of Law.
Justice Stephen has been sitting on the Nebraska Surpeme Court since 1998.
When the misconduct case of Judge Richard Krepela of Madison came before the court, Justice Lerman voted to punish Krepela by gifting him with a six month suspension. For a review of Judge Krepela’s egregious misconduct, go to the URL listed at the end of this article.

If Justice Lerman wasn’t more interested in protecting Judicial Misfits than the public, Judge Richard Krepela would be working as a greeter at Costco rather than sitting on the bench in Madison.
