Judge Peter Locascio of Highlands, NJ; moronic bully

The state of New Jersey presented Peter J. Locascio with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Albany Law School.

The New Jersey Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct has charged Pete with the following misconduct.

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Matt remains sitting as a City Court Judge in Troy, New York. Matty supplements his judicial salary of about $90,000 a year by practicing his brand of law at 54 Second Street in Troy, New York.

In an effort to cement his status as a moronic bully, Pete is accused of hostile treatment of a defense lawyer that resulted in an acrimonious relationship that eventually became so well publicized that mutual colleagues attempted to intervene.

Pete’s hostility towards the attorney was “extreme and personal, and harmed the lawyer’s clients by delaying their cases, wasting their time and resources, and creating embarrassment and confusion for them during their court appearances.”

Besides punishing the attorney’s clients to exact personal retribution, Pete also refused to recuse himself from several cases involving the attorney and/or an attorney that personally represented him. Put simply, Pete decided he was going to remain in a position of power over the attorney so that he could further punish him and/or his clients.

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Surpeme Court will mete out to Pete the Bully.

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Pete remains sitting as a Municipal Court Judge in Highlands, New Jersey.
