Judge Cecelia Guzman of Paterson, NJ; dimwitted scofflaw

The state of New Jersey provided Cecilia Sardina Guzman with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The New Jersey Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct found Cecelia guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Continued to act as a municipal court judge even though she wasn’t eligible to so act due to the face that she did not possess a valid law license
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law as a judge when she wasn’t licensed to so act
• Cecelia was ineligible because she failed to properly register a trust fund used to deposit clients’ money

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Cecelia by the enablers for Judicial Misfits  sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Cecelia continues to sit as a Municipal Court judge in Paterson, New Jersey.
