Judge Larnzell Martin Jr. of Upper Marlboro, MD; pervert

The state of Maryland presented Larnzell Martin Jr. with a law license in 1976. Additionally, the District of Columbia provided Larnzell with a law license in 1979.

The Maryland Judicial Commission found Larnzell guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Larnzell engaged in sexual contact with an undercover policeman in an Annapolis Mall bathroom.

Subsequently, Larnzell was charged with indecent expose, a fourth degree sexual offense and second-degree assault after the encounter with the police officer. The criminal charges were put on a “stet” docket for one year, meaning that if the Perv has no other legal troubles the charges would be dropped.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Larnzell by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Larnzell continues to sit as a Prince George County circuit judge in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
