New York Judge Jason Novak of Hornby, NY; ethical troll

The state of New York provided Efrain Ramos with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Pace University School of Law.

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Jason guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to attend judicial training required of nonlawyers
• After being elected, failed to comply with mandatory judicial training for over one year

Rather than await a decision that would likely have resulted in being tossed off the bench, Jason did what any respectable coward would do, he resigned from his judicial position. 

As of July 2021, it is rumored that shortly after his resignation that Jason applied for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store at 515 East 4^th Street in Watkins Glen, New York.
