Judge John Skinner of Ilion, NY; moronic loser

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to be faithful to the law
• Failed to maintain professional competence in the law (moron)
• Unduly delayed hold a hearing
• Failed to decide defendant’s request for a jury trial until after he had rendered a judgment in the matter
• Failed to direct his court clerk to prepare minutes of a proceeding
• Failed to return court filed to the County Court as required
• Failed to mechanically record any appearances in the Columbia Town Court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Johnny continues to sit as a Justice of the Columbia Town Court, Herkimer County in Ilion, New York.
