Misconduct of Ohio Chief Justice O'Connor and Columbus retired judge Guy Reece
The state of Ohio provided Guy Lester Reece II with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Ohio State University School of Law.
Judge Reece retired from the bench on January 2, 2019.
Even though Supreme Court Guidelines for Assignment of Retired Judges prohibits the assignment of a retired judge prior to the passing of thirteen (13) weeks from the date of his/her retirement, Chief Justice O’Connor knowingly violated said rule twelve (12) times via the following assignments.
It should be noted that Judge Reece knew or should have known that the twelve (12) assignments mentioned above were not valid because they violated Ohio Supreme Court Guidelines for the Assignment of Judges.
As we speak (ca. September 2021), Guy practices his so-called brand of jurisprudence as an assigned retired visiting judge at the direction of Chief Justice O’Connor’s behest. |
