The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to perform his judicial duties without bias or prejudice
• In the performand of his judicial duties Andy manifested bias/prejudice bases upon race, sex, religion, national origin, disabiliey, age, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status
• Failed to adjudicate the right to actual possession of property and not title

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), it is rumored that Jimmy has applied for a job as a bathroom attendant at the Walmart Supercenter Store at 203 Highway 290 West in Brenham,Texas.
