Judge Brittanye Morris of Houston, TX; moronic loser

The State of Texas provided Brittanye Lashay Morris with a law license in 2015 after she graduated from Texas Southern University School of Law.

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Brittny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to maintain professional competence in the law (moron)
• Brittny refused to withdraw from a case despite her prior attorney relationship with the defendant Ali Choudhri
• Demands that she recuse herself were supported by numerous witness affidavits
• Brittny failed to recuse herself in all four cases involving the defendant, Choudhri and his various entities
• Brittny had previously advised Choudhri that she would work "behind the scenes" to advance
• his interests in the lawsuits
• Brittny engaged in undisclosed financial and business dealings with Choudhri that reflected adversely on her impartiality
• Brittny maintained an office in one of Choudhri’s buildings and used Choudhri’s Mercedes minivan for campaign purposes without publicly disclosing same
• Brittny previously counseled and advised and assisted Choudhri and his representatives in managing and overseeing Choudhri’s extensive litigation docket.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Brittny by gifting her with a complimentary public warning.

In truth, the comedians sitting go n the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Brittny.
