Judge Michael Crouch of Timpson, TX; moronic loser

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Crouch guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to be competent in the law (moron)
• Failed to timely file citation of a woman’s complaint
• Delay in citation stopped the woman from having an opportunity to be heard (due process)
• Allowed is friendship with mechanic in small claims to influence his conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Judge Crouch by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.  

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Mikey continues to sit as a Shelby Justice of the Peace Pct. 5 in Timpson, Texas.
