Judge Hazel Jones of Houston, TX; idiotic loser

The state of Texas provided Hazel Beatrice Jones with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Howard University School of Law.

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Jones guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law re: bail bond practices
• Failed to maintain competence in the law (idiot)
• Violated hearing officers’ authority under Texas law
• Instructions on bail bond counted as willful and persistent conduct, which wasn’t consistent with Hazel’s duties as a judge
• Conduct cast public discredit on the judiciary
• Failed to give defendants time to consult with lawyers regarding bail
• Failed to grant bail within 24 hours of arrest, when allowed by law

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Judge Jones by gifting her with a complimentary public reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Jones continues to sit as a 174th District Court Judge in Houston, Texas.
