Judge Mike Herrera of El Paso; idiotic loser

The state of Texas presented Mike Herrera with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Kept own divorce case in his court for 4 months
• Filed motions in own divorce case in his court
• Failed to comply with the law
• Engaged in willful conduct inconsistent with performance of judicial duties
• Demonstrated lack of professional competence in the law (Idiot)

As one would suspect, this isn’t Mike’s first bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a $16,000 fine from the Texas Ethics Commission for failing to timely file annual campaign finance reports.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Mike continues to sit as a 383^rd District Court judge in El Paso, Texas.
