The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Teresa guilty of the following misconduct.

Threatened to jail litigant in civil case if he didn’t agree to her demands to make monthly payments regarding car purchase for total price of $5,000

Abused her judicial position by repeatedly requiring civil litigant to appear in her court

Falsely advised civil litigant that she had no right to appeal Teresa’s ruling

Improperly issued criminal arrest warrants in civil cases

Failed to reduce rulings to writing as required

Denied litigant constitutional right to appear her ruling

Presided over matter she lacked lawful jurisdiction to preside over

Conducting informal mediation sessions w/o proper notice to all parties

Excluded people from entering courtroom while conduct proceedings in violation of the Open Courts doctrine

Engaged in prohibited ex parte (one-sided) communications
