Justice Antonin Scalia slams Justice Clarence “This Cokes for you” Thomas

In an unprecedented move, Justice Antonin Scalia attacked the qualifications of fellow justice Clarence “This Cokes for you” Thomas as follows.

In December 2006, reporter Matthew Barakatt of the Associated Press wrote an article titled: “Scalia argues for better judicial pay.” In that article Justice Antonin Scalia was quoted as saying, “The result [underpaid federal judges] is that the judiciary will increasingly appeal only to those who have made a career out of public-sector work [aka, porkin out at the public trough]”.

Put simply, Justice Antonin Scalia’s lament was that if federal judges’ salaries weren’t increased to about $240,000 a year (presently district judge earns $165,200), then the only lawyers who would seek a federal judgeship would be life-long public-sector employees who have dedicated their careers to being poster boys/girls for the Pork Producers Association of America.

It’s pretty obvious that Justice Antonin Scalia’s rant and angst was specifically aimed at Justice Clarence “This Coke’s for you” Thomas, who’s curriculum vitae (work history) is as follows: (after obtaining law degree in 1974)
  • 1974-1977 – Assistant Attorney General Jefferson City, Missouri
  • 1978 – Attorney – Monsanto Company – St. Louis’
  • 1979-1981 – Legislative assistant – Sen. John Danforth
  • 1982 – Assistant secretary civil rights – U.S. Dept. of Education
  • 1983-1990 – Chairman – Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
  • 1990 – Appointed appeals judge for D.C. Circuit
  • 1991 – Appointed associate justice U. S. Supreme Court
As you can readily see, Justice Clarence Thomas has had his snout firmly implanted in the public trough for 35 years after he graduated from law school. Prior to becoming a federal appeals court judge on the D.C. Circuit, Clarence Thomas had absolutely no judicial experience of any kind. Had it not been for the direct intervention of Clarence Thomas’ Sugar Daddy, Missouri Senator John Danforth, ol’ Clarence would never have been appointed to the most influential and powerful federal appeals court in the country.

Justice Clarence Thomas must have done a whole lotta bootlicking to get appointed to the D.C. Circuit given the fact he was basically a loser in regards to legal competence, acumen and intellect.

I suspect it is painfully clear to anyone with an I.Q. over 55 that Justice Clarence Thomas will likely go down in history as possibly the most useless justice to have ever sat on the U.S. Supreme Court. That’s why I am in total agreement with Justice Antonin Scalia that we should avoid appointing lifetime porkers like Justice Clarence “This Coke’s for you” Thomas to the federal bench.

You may disagree with Justice Antonin Scalia’s judicial philosophy; however, I think you’d be hard-pressed to disagree with his opinion regarding the appointment of public-servants who have dedicated their insignificant careers increasing the profits for Jimmy Dean.
