► U.S. Circuit Judge Jonathan Kobes of Sioux Falls, SD; bigoted loser

The state of South Dakota provided Jonathan Allen Kobes with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Harvard University School of Law.

President Donald “Trumporleone” Trump was instructed to nominate Johnny for a seat on the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals despite the fact that he had no prior judicial experience of any kind. Lenny wasn’t nominated because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Sioux Falls area. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

Johnny is such a loser that the American Bar Association (ABA) provided him with a unanimous “not qualified” rating. The ABA has been evaluating federal judicial nominees since 1989 and rarely gives such an abysmal rating.

Johnny earned a “not qualified” rating by the ABA because he “was unable to provide sufficient writing samples of the caliber required” of a circuit judge. He also failed to demonstrate “an especially high degree of legal scholarship and excellent analytical and writing experience.” (Jennifer Bendery)

Every Republican Senator voted for Johnny the Loser except for one. Since Johnny is only 45-years old (DOB: 1974) he could well be on the bench as a totally unqualified bigot for fifty or more years.

And lastly, it should be noted that Johnny’s nomination came about due to Roger L. Wollman assuming “senior status” in December 2018. Senior status means that Roger is only required to work 10-hours-a-week while continuing to collect a full salary of $223,700.00.

Also, it should be noted that Roger was appointed by Ronald Regan in 1985 at 51-years of age. Therefore, he waited to take on senior status in 2018 in order that his replacement would be appointed by another Republican president, meaning he was and has always been a reliable Republican lackey.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Johnny the Loser continues to sit as a judge on the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
