► U.S. Judge Kane Kessler of New York City: incompetent boob

The State of New York presented Paul Adam Engelmayer with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the Harvard University School of Law. 

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

Former President Obama was duped into nominating Paulie as a judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York in 2011. Paulie wasn’t nominated because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater New York City area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

In one matter, Judge Engelmayer presided over a matter involving the claimed misconduct of Kane Kessler, a New York City-based business litigation law firm. In his infinite ignorance, Judge Engelmayer dismissed the attorney misconduct claims against Kane Kessler. (Colby Hamilton)

Subsequently, Engelmayer’s dismissal found its way before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. The appellate court then reversed Englemayer’s dismissal by ruling that he had “misinterpreted the reading of state law.” This merely confirms that Engelmayer is incompetent.

Of course, Judge Engelmayer doesn’t much give a damn how much it costs to relitigate this matter because he well knows that no federal judge has ever been disciplined in any manner because he/she was an incompetent boob.

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Engelmayer continues to sit as a U.S. District Court judge in New York, New York.
