► U.S. Judge Frank Whitney Charlotte, NC; moronic bigot

The state of North Carolina provided Frank DeArmon Whitney with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

Former President George W. Bush was duped into nominating Frankie for a positions as a District Court Judge for the Western District of North Carolina in 2006. Frankie didn’t get the nomination because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Charlotte area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

It should be noted that Frankie has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for last twenty-seven (27) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Charlotte area was about to offer him a good paying job.

In one matter, Frankie posed for a photo for his 1982 yearbook at Wake Forest University along side a Confederate flag. When outed for his bigoted conduct, Frankie made a lame attempt at levity by saying:

“Do I know today that it’s sensitive? Yes.”

“I totally regret it.”

The only thing Frankie regrets is the fact that he was outed as a bigot. To suggest that he was unaware in 1982 what the Confederate Flag stood for is akin to an anti-Semite claiming he didn’t know an image of a Swastika was offensive to Jews.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Frankie continues to sit as a Federal District Court judge in Charlotte, North Carolina.
