U.S. Judge Robert Klausner of Los Angeles; incompetent boob

The state of California presented Robert G. Klausner with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from Loyola University College of Law in Los Angeles.

It should be noted that Bobby has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past forty-nine years (ca. 1969 thru 2018). Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Los Angeles area was about to offer Bobby a good paying job.

Former president George W. Bush was duped into appointing Bobby as a U.S. District Court Judge for the Central District of California in 2002. Bobby didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Los Angeles area. He received the appointment because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

In one matter, Bobby presided over a lawsuit which was based on the wrongful arrest of a 5-foot seven-inch woman, weighing 110 lbs., named “Tammy Cameron,” while the person being sought was “Tammy Garrison” who weighed 135 lbs. and was five-feet one inch in height. (Metropolitan News)

In a utter display of incompetence and ignorance, Bobby granted summary judgment to the County of Los Angeles and a Sheriff’s Office detective, thereby dismissing the women’s cause of action. Subsequently, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Bobby’s asinine ruling and reversed it. In its reversal order, the Ninth Circuit said in part:

• “Under the ‘totality of the circumstances’ in this case,” a reasonable jury could find that there was no probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant for Tammy Cameron.”
• “A jury could disbelieve Detective Brown’s long-after-the-fact representation that a witness provided him with the name Cameron….The only evidence that Detective Brown was given the name ‘Cameron’ by a witness comes from Detective Brown’s own deposition testimony and declaration during the course of this litigation, which began years after the underlying events. Detective Brown was unable to say which witness provided the name ‘Cameron,’ when, or whether he or she did so by phone or in person.”
• “A reasonable jury could find that a height difference of six inches for a woman is, at a minimum, a ‘red flag’ that ‘should have led officers to question whether the person described’ in the incident report was Cameron.”

Of course Bobby the Incompetent Moron doesn’t much give a damn how many times his asinine rulings are overturned by the Court of Appeal because he knows that no federal judge  has ever been removed from office for being a Moron. Additionally, Bobby has absolutely no concern for how much taxpayer money is wasted as a direct result of his gross incompetence.
