U.S. Judge George Daniels of New York City; moron, lifetime porker

The state of New York presented George B. Daniels with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of California at Berkeley Law School.

In 1999 former President Bill Clinton was duped into appointing Daniels as a U.S. District Court judge in Manhattan. Daniels didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater New York City area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

It should be noted that Judge Daniel’s has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past 32-years (ca. 1983 to 2015). Apparently no self-respecting law firm in the New York City area was about to offer George a good paying job.

In one matter, Judge Daniels was assigned to preside over case involving the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act. During the pendency of the case, Daniel’s denied the plaintiffs Rule 60(b) motion to reopen the case after he had dismissed the sovereign defendants.

Subsequently, the plaintiff’s appealed Daniels’ ruling to the Circuit Court of Appeals. That court reversed Daniel’s asinine ruling and stated that his “decisions rested on an error of law.” Put simply, Daniels the Moron didn’t understand or appreciate the applicable law relating to the filing of a motion to reopen a case.

Of course Daniels doesn’t much give a damn how many times his asinine rulings are reversed by the Court of Appeals because he knows that he cannot be removed from the bench for being a Certified Moron.

As we speak, (ca. June 2015) Daniels continues to sit as a District Court judge in New York City.
