Solicitor Michael Russell of New South Wales; lying scammer

The Law Society presented Michael Macgregor Russell with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Misled and/or attempted to mislead his client
• Misled and/or attempted to mislead the department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs
• Fabricated a VETASSESS Certificate which he subsequently produced to his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $10,000.00.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Mikey practices his brand of law with Accelerate Legal at 100 Walker Street in North Sydney, New South Wales.
