Solicitor Ghassan Dib of New South Wales, AUS; ethical dwarf

The Victoria Law Society presented Ghassan Dib with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of New South Wales School of Law.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Ghassan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to comply with a section 371 Notice
  • Failed to assist investigator (Screw you, said Ghassan!)
  • Reprimand
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
  • Failed to adequately supervise his employed solicitor
  • Acted for a client in matter when his interests conflicted with the clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Ghassan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a fine of $2,000.00 (USD $1,409.00).

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Ghassan practices with Dib Lawyers at 434 Chapel Road in Bankstown, New South Wales, Australia.
