Attorney Lee Edwards of Tasmania; dimwitted slacker

The Law Society of Tasmania provided Lee James Edwards with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Tasmania School of Law.

The Legal Profession Board of Tasmania found Lee guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional misconduct
• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Gave incorrect advice to his client to the effect that it was not possible to seek the removal of an Independent Children’s Lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Profession Board punished Lee by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Lee practices his so-called brand of law at 28 King Edward Street in Hobart, Tasmania.
