Attorney Kristi Foale of Tasmania; Half-Wit, slacker

The Law Society of Tasmania provided Kristi Eve Foale with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the University of Tasmania School of Law.

The Legal Profession Board of Tasmania found Kristi guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Breached an order of the Federal Circuit Curt freeing bank account under Kristi’s control (Screw you, said Kristi!)
• Withdrew funds from frozen account to pay claimed attorney fees when she knew for a fact that said funds were subject to a court freezing order
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional misconduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Profession Board punished Kristi by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca.  August 2021), Kristi practices her so-called brand of law at 99 Bathurst Street in Hobart, Tasmania.
