Retired Phillipine Judge Joselito Villarosa; idiotic loser

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Judge Villarosa guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was a Makati City regional trial court judge.

  • Four counts of gross ignorance of the law (idiot)
  • Irregularities in favoring moneyed litigants in commercial cases even though their cases were not meritorious
  • Violated directive to transfer all commercial cases pending in his court which have not been tried or have been submitted for resolution (Screw you, said Joselito!)
  • Deliberately failed to transfer eight commercial cases to Makati RTC
  • Transferred cases for Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR) to Branch 149 without conducting the first stage of mandated judicial proceedings
  • Issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) in a civil case that was effective beyond the 20-day period prescribed in Section 5, Rule 158 of the Rules of Court and Administrative Circular No. 20-95
  • Issued a TRO against the Department of Transportation and Communication in violation of Section 3 of R.A. 8975

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Villarosa’s First bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously punished on two (2) occasions when found guilty of gross ignorance of the law, gross inefficiency, and serious misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on Phillipine Supreme Court punished Joselito by gifting him with a complimentary P140,000 ($2,506.00) fine, and ordered the forfeiture of all his retirement benefits, except accrued leave credits, and perpetual disqualification from reinstatement or appointment to any public office, including government-owned and controlled corporations.

As we speak (ca. May 2023), it is rumored that Joselito has applied for a job as a greeter at the Rustan’s Supermarket located on Courtyard Drive in Makati, Philippines.
