Solicitor Shane Allen of Wicklow, Ireland; ethical misfit

The Law Society provided Shane M. Allen with a solicitor’s license in 1997 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Shane guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to hold purchase monies that were sent to him in trust until all outstanding documentation was handed over to the complainant’s solicitor

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Shane by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Shane practices with Allen & Associates, Main Street, Newtownmountkennedy in Wicklow, Ireland.
