Attorney Jeffery Warfield of Guam; moronic loser

Guam presented Jeffery Lamont Warfield with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The Guam’s Bar Ethics Committee found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a Public Defender.

• Allowed female client to improperly remaining jail for several months
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to take any action for client being imprisoned on legally insufficient order
• Negligence led to male client spending an additional five months in jail that he was not required to spend
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ethics Committee punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
