Attorney Michael Joseph of Virgin Islands; ethical dwarf

The Virgin Islands presented Michael Joseph with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Golden Gate University Law School in San Francisco.

The Territorial Court in St. Croix County found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failed to completely represent client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mike!)
• Failed to return $5,000 to client regarding an appeal that Mike never filed

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virgin Island Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Mike practices in Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
