Barrister Martha Knowlden of Kent, UK; moronic cheater

The Bar of England and Wales by Inner Temple provided Martha Knowlden with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from the University of Bristol School of Law.

The Bar Standards Board found Martha guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to pass on fees which were payable to another barrister (cheater)
  • Failed to advise client about a court order
  • Failed to assure that court order was complied with
  • Actions diminished public confidence in Martha as a barrister
  • Martha fell short of the standard of work and service a client could expect
  • Failed to manage her practice competently (moron)
  • Violated rules for the handling of client funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Barrister Misfits sitting on the Bar Standards Board punished Martha by gifting her with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Martha fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.advocase.co.uk/. Apparently, Martha decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that she would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Martha practices with Advocase Legal Services at 202 High Street in Kent, United Kingdom.
