Attorney Brenda Walper-Bossence of Saskatchewan; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented Brenda Walper-Bossence with a law license in 1976 after she graduated from the University of Saskatchewan Law School.

The Law Society of Saskatchewan found Brenda guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence
  • Engaged in conduct unbecoming an officer of the court
  • Failed to provide client services in conscientious manner
  • Failed to respond to repeated client inquiries
  • Failed to provide adequate representation to client

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Brenda’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She was previously the subject of two (2) referrals to the Professional Standards Committee of the Law Society for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society of Saskatchewan Committee punished Brenda by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Brenda practices at 15 Hochelaga Street in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada.
