Attorney David Walker of Manitoba, CAN; ethical goblin

The Law Society of Manitoba presented David Wolfe Walker with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba School of Law.

The Manitoba Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Davey of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to return client file to client upon request
• Failed to promptly return confidential documents to Crown prosecutor
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Davey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary $1,500.00 fine and assessed costs of $3,000.00.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Davey practices with the Walker Law Office at 390 York Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
