Attorney Phillip Cramer of Winnipeg, CAN; greedy loser

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Phillip Cramer with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba Law School.

The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in five (5) counts of professional misconduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide conscientious representation
• Failed to treat court with respect
• Knowingly engaged in professional misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary $750.00 fine and costs of $1,000.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Phil practices with Brodsky & Company at 363 Broadway in Winnipeg, Canada.
