Solicitor John Smith of Queensland, AUS; moronic loser  

The Law Society presented John Charles Smith with a law license in 1988.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to reach or keep reasonable standard of competence (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Misled (lied) to client that he was taking action to progress her matter by organizing a compulsory conference
• Was responsible for a delay of over 9 years in prosecuting client’s personal injury claim

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand  and a $6,000 fine.
