Solicitor Sam Angelatos of Victoria, AUS; ethical misfit

The Victoria Law Society presented Sam Angelatos with a law license in 1987.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Entered into an unlawful contingent fee
• Failed to provide client with detailed charge of costs
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Sammy practices with Angelatos Lawyers at 69-71 Rosstown Road in Carnegie, Victoria, Australia.
