Solicitor Douglas Paisley of The Law Society of New South Wales presented Douglas Robert Paisley with a law license in 1973. The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Doug guilty of the following misconduct. In one matter, Doug found it acceptable to communicate with a juror despite the fact that he absolutely knew said conduct was improper.
