Solicitor Martin Piper of New South Wales; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Martin Piper with a law license in 1978.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide services on client’s behalf
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to expedite client’s case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
