Solicitor David Humphrey of South Australia; cheating loser

The Law Society presented David Vahid Humphrey with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
  • Overcharged an estate nearly $20,000 for his legal work on the estate (cheater)
  • Failed to reimburse the $20,000 to the estate within a reasonable period from when he became aware of the overcharge
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
  • Intentionally and/or recklessly misled the Commissioner by representing to the Commissioner that the practitioner had refunded that amount to the estate when he had not done so (Screw you, said Davey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $10,000.00.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Davey practices with Andersons Solicitors at 90-108 Sheriffs Road in Morphett Vale, South, Australia.
