In one matter, Billy procured a person to affix her signature to Wills in circumstances in which she thereby falsely asserted that she was present when the testators signed the documents.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
