Solicitor Timothy Kaine of Australia; big time imbecile

The Victoria Law Society presented Timothy Kaine with a law license in 1988.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Consistently failed to maintain level of competency (imbecile)
• Knowingly breached undertaking owing to another solicitor
• Failed to comply with Sale of Land Act of 1962
• Conduct was deemed reprehensible
• Reluctant to concede he was guilty of wrongdoing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand plus a $10,000 fine.
