The Law Society presented Gregory Allan Pointon with a law license in 1983.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Greg acted for the buyers in conveyancing transaction; however, he failed to disclose information regarding the independence of the vendors from the financial advisors.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, was fined $5,000 and ordered to pay $2,500 in costs.
