Barrister Craig Lindley of Queensland, AUS; cheating loser

The Law Society presented Craig Anthony Lindley with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.

• Directed client of firm he was employed with to make payment of legal fees directly into Craig’s personal bank account
• Improperly took fee for himself that was the lawful property of the law firm
• Authored sham receipt for client falsely showing her check being deposited into the law firm’s bank account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $7,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Craig practices in Queensland, Australia.
