Attorney Yumiko Hanaeda of Tokyo; deadbeat loser

The state of New York presented Yumiko Hanaeda with a law license in 2017 after he graduated from the University of California Berkeley School of Law.

The First Department Grievance Committee found Yumiko guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with mandatory biennial attorney registration
• Failed to pay biennial attorney registration fee of $375 (measley $187.50 a year)
• Eddy failed to pay register and pay the mandatory fee even after he was notified and given an opportunity to cure his default

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Yumiko by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Yumiko practices his so-called brand of law with TMI Associates at 6-10-1 Roppongi, Minato-Ku in Tokyo, Japan.
