Attorney Hyun-Ung Song of Korea; deadbeat loser

The state of New York presented Hyun-Ung Song with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Seoul National University School of Law.

The First Department Grievance Committee found Song guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with mandatory biennial attorney registration
• Failed to pay biennial attorney registration fee of $375 (a measly $187.50 a year)
• Eddy failed to pay register and pay the mandatory fee even after he was notified and given an opportunity to cure his default

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Song by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Song practices his so-called brand of law with Shine Kim at 10170 Soonhaw-Dong, Chung-Ku in Seoul, Korea.
