Attorney Kishan Khanna of Mumbai, India; scofflaw

The state of Colorado provided Kishan Khanna with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Mumbai (Bombay) Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Kishan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law prior to admission to Colorado Bar
• Illegally collected significant fees for services prior to obtaining law license
• Used confidential client information to disadvantage of his clients
• Conduct resulted in actual and potential injury to his clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Kishan by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.
