Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX): Today’s “Dumbass” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Johnny. In the past, he has been the recipient of eleven (11) Awards in various categories. Those awards are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

It should be noted that Johnny has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-two (32) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Austin area was about to offer Johnny a good paying job.

FYI: Johnny is another in a long list of loser attorneys that decided to go into politics after learning how difficult it was to earn a dishonest living practicing law after he graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1977. Therefore, he decided to go into the second most ethical profession (used car salesman No. 1), political punditry.

Additionally, St. Mary’s University was ranked as the 146^th best law school in the country out of 177 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools in 1977.

In an ongoing effort to cement his status as one of America’s Premier Dumbasses (my sincerest apologies to all well intentioned Dumbasses), Johnny decided to play pretend Doctor by speaking about testing and the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

During a recent (ca. July 2020) interview with NBC 5 in Austin, Johnny made the following asinine statements

“We still don’t know whether children can get it and transmit it to others.”

Texas statistics establish that at least 550 children age 9 and under, 99 of whom were under 1 year old, have contracted COVID-19. Another 1,172 Texans between the ages of 10 and 19 have contracted the disease, and more than 1,300 coronavirus cases have been linked back to child care facilities in the state. (Brooklyn Wayland)

This is just another fine example of Johnny telling a lie in order to please Donald “Trumporleone” Trump. It is painfully clear that Johnny is in total fear that The Great Leader could harm his reelection effort if he doesn’t repeatedly genuflect in his presence while he kisses his substantial derrier.

In truth, Johnny is yet another disgusting Trump Sycophant whose only purpose in life is to retain his power as a senator regardless of how many of his constituents in Texas die as a result of the gross incompetence of The Great Leader’s handling of the pandemic.
