Attorney Alexander Perez of Fullerton, CA; convicted pervert

The state of California provided Alexander Bakhache Perez with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Law School.

The California Bar Court found Alex guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Alex pled guilty one count of soliciting another to engage in lewd conduct.

The guilty plea came about as a result of the Fullerton Police Department assigning an officer to perform an undercover investigation regarding complaints of sexual activity taking place at public restrooms of the Brea Dam Park in Fullerton.

As the officer walked towards the restroom, Alex looked back at him several times. The officer then followed Alex into the restroom. Once inside the restroom, the officer found Alex seated in an open stall with his genitals exposed and masturbating.

The officer then told Alex he was going outside to see if anyone was around who might “interfere.” Once the office was back inside, Alex to see if anyone was around who might "interfere." Once the officer was back inside, respondent stood in plain view of the entrance to the restroom, exposed himself again and asked the officer, "what do you like?" The officer responded, "I like that," and Alex continued to masturbate.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Alex by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Alex practices with Perez & Perez (PP) at 1440 North Harbor Blvd in Fullerton, California, which is located in Orange County.
