Attorney Lua Lepianka of Gainesville; supports convicted Perv

The state of Florida provided Lua Joy Mellman Lepianka with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

In one matter, Lua decided it was acceptable to testify as a “character witness” on behalf former Assistant State Attorney William Ezzell of Gainesville to have his law license reinstated. Ezzell pled no contest to video voyeurism, a felony in the third-degree.

In her testimony on behalf of the Perv’s effort to have his law license reinstated, Lua laughingly stated: 

He’s one of the most ethical people she has ever met [must live a cloistered life]

The public will be well protected if he’s reinstated to practice law [with the exception of women undressing in tanning booths or elsewhere for the matter]

Hopefully, the Perv reimbursed Lua for the costs she incurred in purchasing a pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads for him to use while testifying on his behalf.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Jeanne continues to be employed as an Assistant State Attorney in Gainesville, Florida.
