Attorney Daniel Anderson of Rock Springs, WY; ethical dwarf

The state of California provided Edward Daniel Deon Anderson with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) Law School.

The California State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform legal services competently (Moron)
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fees
• Failed to return client files
• Failed to take any action on client’s behalf
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide requested updates of client case
• Refunded $4,490 in unearned fees only after ethics complaint filed

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Danny practices at 22 Fairway Driving in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
