The state of Wyoming presented D. Stephen Melchior with a law license in 1975

The Disciplinary Board found Stephen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Improperly communicated with person represented by counsel
• Filed a settlement agreement he knew to be erroneous

As a consequence of him misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Stephen practices with the Melchior Law Firm, PC at 2010 Warren Avenue in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
